Who WE ARE

Houton County Rescuse Unit is a non-profit volunteer emergency search and rescue organization. We provide assistance to law enforcement, emergency management, fire and medical ​agencies upon request. ​The Houston County Rescue Unit is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days ​a year to provide emergency assistance to agencies in Alabama, Florida  and Georgia. ​Team members are highly trained in land search and rescue, water rescue, and public ​safety diving.


 ​Houston County Rescue Unit is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Corporation.

There is NEVER a charge for our service!!​​
